Family Nest Program

About:
Family Nest — every Sunday and Thursday. A free, welcoming space to play and gather as a family. No registration required.

When and where:
Thursdays: Clinic — 9:30 AM–3:30 PM — 3187 Saint‑Jacques Street, Suite 101 (stroller/wheelchair accessible)
Sundays: Native Montreal — 9:30 AM–3:30 PM — 3183 Saint‑Jacques Street (stairs)
Sanaaq (special events) — 9:30 AM–3:30 PM — Jan 22, Feb 22, Mar 22
Once a month: outdoor activities and free outings


Activities:

  • Parent‑child play, arts and crafts

  • Games, books, and a variety of activities

  • Shared brunch: preparing simple dishes together

  • Occasional cooking workshops and visits from knowledge keepers

  • Dedicated time to strengthen the parent‑child bond

  • Relaxing, optional activities at each session

Team and support:

  • Facilitator and educator present at every session

  • Well-being navigator on site to talk or offer support
